Refund Policy

Services

All services provided by Unveiling the Journey, LLC. and/or Dr. Jamillah Smith, including but not limited to coaching, consulting, speaking engagements, workshops, retreats, or other service-based offerings, are subject to the following refund policy:

• All service purchases are non-refundable once the service has been booked or delivered.

• If a service includes scheduled personal or professional coaching sessions, cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.

• Failure to attend a scheduled personal or professional coaching session without proper notice may result in the session being counted as completed with no refund or credit issued.

 

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or alternative arrangement.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including downloadable materials, online resources, recordings, or digital content):

• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

• Once access or download is provided, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.

 

Physical Products

• Refunds or exchanges may be considered for damaged or defective items if reported within five (5) days of receipt.

• Items must be unused and in original condition and tags.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

 

Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any approved refund will be processed using the original method of payment excluding any processing fees.
